Pre-Show Coordinator

The Pre-Show Coordinator assists the Pre-Show Concert Director with booking artists and communicates with booked artists for each Summer Shakespeare pre-show concert. The Pre-Show Coordinator remains in contact with each artist, providing information about performance logistics such as setup, performance, and break down and advance promotion of their individual sets. The Coordinator acts as a mediator for any additional requests and/or inquiries about artists’ performance/procedures/etc. The Coordinator is present onsite for every show, welcoming and directing the artist(s) to the applicable areas as well as answering any questions.

The Pre-Show Coordinator is required to be onsite for approximately two hours every performance night to assist with pre-show concert logistics and helping them answer any questions. The 21 performance dates and locations can be found here.
